Evenings · Bay Area & Napa
All four vehicles run after dark, both directions. Into the city for a concert or a ballgame — or out of the city and into Napa for the dinner you've been trying to book for a month. Four of you or fourteen, one driver, all night.
Out of the valley
Getting fourteen people from Napa to a 7:30 first pitch is a logistics problem. Two cars, somebody volunteering to stay sober, parking at $80 a space, then a scramble for rides at the exact moment twenty thousand other people want one. Or: one vehicle, one driver, and none of that.
Chase Center, Oracle Park, the Greek, Shoreline, SAP Center, the Fox. We drop at the door, park up, and we're waiting where we said we'd be when the encore finishes. No surge pricing at eleven at night.
Giants, Warriors, Niners, Sharks, Earthquakes — San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Clara, Oakland. Tailgate-friendly, and nobody has to leave in the eighth inning to beat the traffic.
Birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, anniversary dinners, or a group that simply wants a proper night out. Multiple stops, your route, your pace, and everyone home afterwards.
Into the valley
Most people think of Napa as a daytime thing. It isn't. The valley has some of the best restaurants in the country and bars that stay open a good deal later than the tasting rooms do. Getting a group here from San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose or Walnut Creek — and home again afterwards — is exactly the kind of night we run.
Hotel to dinner, dinner to bar, bar back to the hotel. If you're staying the night in the valley we can run the whole evening rather than a single trip.
Harvest parties, release dinners, a winery event that runs past closing. If it's on in the valley at night and your group needs to get to it, that's a call worth making.
We're Napa people. We know which kitchens stop seating at nine, where a fourteen-seat vehicle can actually pull in, and which way out of the valley to avoid on a Saturday night.
Worth knowing
The white Sprinter's roof closes. So on a warm evening you can run down the valley with it open and the sky overhead, and on a cold night in the city it's simply a heated 14-seat van. Same vehicle, same price as the black one, and it turns a lot of heads pulling up outside a restaurant.
Tell us which you'd prefer when you book. If the weather turns, the roof closes — no change to your booking, no change to your price.
Private dinner runs
A chauffeured evening rather than a ride. We collect you at home, hold the door, and the vehicle is yours for the night — not for the trip. Your driver waits through however long the table runs, then takes everyone home. No meter, no surge, no watching an app while you're trying to order dessert.
Downtown Napa, Yountville, St. Helena, Calistoga. Collected from anywhere in the Bay Area and delivered to the table on time — then Oxbow or First Street afterwards if the night has more in it.
San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Walnut Creek, the Peninsula. A reservation you waited two months for deserves better than circling for parking and splitting into three cars.
The white convertible with the roof closed, headlights on, doors held at the kerb. It is a different arrival to a black Suburban, and people notice.
Drinks somewhere, dinner elsewhere, one more place after. Give us the evening and we'll shape it around you rather than charging three separate fares.
Napa, Sonoma, San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Santa Clara — and anywhere else the evening takes you.
What it costs
Pick the vehicle that suits the group. Evening bookings run on the hourly rate for the whole time you have it, with a three-hour minimum. The clock starts when we collect you and stops when the last person is dropped off.
| Length of night | Range Rover up to 4 | Suburban up to 6 | Either Sprinter up to 14 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 hours (minimum) | $360 | $450 | $522 |
| 4 hours | $480 | $600 | $696 |
| 5 hours | $600 | $750 | $870 |
| 6 hours | $720 | $900 | $1,044 |
| 8 hours | $960 | $1,200 | $1,392 |
Our daytime hourly bookings stop at the flat day rate. Evenings don't — a night out is priced by the hours you actually use. All rates include the customary 20% driver gratuity.
Runs that begin or end outside the valley may carry a travel charge, depending on where we collect you and where the night finishes. You'll have the whole number in writing before you book — never after.
Before you book
Range Rover for four, Suburban for six, or either 14-seat Sprinter — the black one with limo seating down the sides, or the white convertible with the roof closed. Same drivers, same rates as daytime, just later.
As late as you need — we'll run all night. Tell us when doors open and we work backwards from there, traffic included. And we don't leave before you do.
Weekends and big event nights go first. If you've got tickets, book the ride when you book the seats rather than the week of.

Tell us the night
Send us the venue, the date and how many of you there are. We'll come back with a price and a plan — including what time we'd need to leave to get you there without anyone rushing.
